Planning in Australia is managed by State Governments, and each state has different planning laws. In NSW planning is controlled at state, regional and local levels. I am responsible for the Department of Planning, which oversees all levels of planning, and ensures that development in NSW is considered sensibly and the outcomes are in the interest of the general public.

Minister for Redfern Waterloo

The Redfern-Waterloo Authority is responsible for revitalising the Redfern, Waterloo, Eveleigh and Darlington precincts, through urban renewal, improved community services, and job creation.
